We stand behind the quality of our products and carefully inspect every item before shipping.
Warranty Coverage
All items are covered by a 12-month limited warranty for:
- Manufacturing defects in materials
- Defects in craftsmanship
If eligible, we will repair, replace, or offer an equivalent solution when the same item is unavailable.
Not Covered by Warranty
This warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear or scratches
- Fading or discoloration caused by perfume, lotions, chemicals, or water
- Damage from accidents, impact, or misuse
- Loss of stones or parts due to improper handling
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Improper storage or cleaning
Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
